**It's Transition Time**
Joslyn transitioning from baby to big girl, gets me a little nervous and anxious at the same time, I have to admit. She takes it on as no big problem and has accepted it as a big girl!
January 10, 2011 was her 1 year check-up appointment:
Weight: 20 lbs - 35 percentile
Height: 30 in - 75 percentile
Head: 40 percentile
Transitions for this week so far:
This was taken after the replacement of bottle w/sippy cup!
This is how our Jos is growning into a big girl and she has accepted it with flying colors and has surpassed our expectations for sure!! Can you tell we're happy it has gone so well?!

- From her infant car seat to the convertible face forward car seat -- she loves facing forward and we love to look back and see her smile!
- Since this weekend is a 3 day weekend, we decided to transition from bottle to sippy cup; this morning was the first attempt and she chugged it!! I was so proud of her, it was time for her second feeding and she chugged that from a sippy cup! She eats a little bit of table food here and there but we still have her on formula. I hope to transition her from formula to milk within a couple of weeks (after she gets over her cold!).

~HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU~
Dear Joslyn,
This past year has been filled with so much joy, love, excitement, happiness and some tears happy and I have to admit, tiredsome ones, but not many. You will never know how much your Daddy and I love you. You are truly an angel sent to us. I know the whole family feels the same. We are so happy to be your parents and feel blessed that the good Lord chose you to be our child. Thank you so much for being you! I can't wait to learn more and more about you in the days to come! We hope you have had a wonderful 1st birthday and of course it will overflow into this weekend of events! We love you so much!

Playing Catch up
Goodness, so it has been some time since I've last posted something, in a nutshell here are some updates!
September - Joslyn started crawling and she caught onto it pretty fast! We were exited and nervous at the same time at having a mobile baby in the house. We knew it was time to baby proof the house!!
Tyler graduated with his Bachelors degree from University of Phoenix!! I am so proud of him, what an accomplishment with juggling work, baby at home and life itself. Congrats babe, we love you and are so proud of you!
October - This month she became even more mobile!! We have a WALKER!! Where did our baby go?
She is developing such a fun personality, we learn more about her everyday!
She had a Halloween party at daycare:

Celebrating Papa T's Birthday!
We celebrated Steve's birthday a weekend before, since were were going to be out of town the weekend of his actual birthday. His actual birthday was Aug. 6, they watched Joslyn that weekend for us as well!

For the Fourth of July weekend, we headed out to Galveston and had a nice mini vacation.

Summer Time
This summer we took our family vacation to Concan, TX / Garner State Park / Frio River ~ call it what you will, it's a nice getaway! This was Joslyn's first year to go and she was a great traveler!

Summer Time
This summer has been great, but hot! In June, we went to Julie Westmoreland's wedding, married name Julie Edwards, congrats to her and Jason!
